  • BOMARC is applicable to all types of horizontal injection machine of 50-550T for take-out products and sprues. It has single stage and telescopic type; It can be added a sub-arm for 3-plates mold to grip products and sprue at the same time. Vertical stroke: 650-1150mm, driven by pneumatic cylinder. For standard model, the traverse axle driven by inverter motor, AC servo motor is optional. Vertical and crosswise driven by pneumatic cylinder, cost-effective. According actual requirements, you can choose AC servo motor driven on product arm to increase efficiency. After installed Bomarc robot, the productivity will be increased 20~30%, reduce defective rate, ensure safety of operators, reduce manpower and accurately control the output to reduce waste.
  • Structure
    • Traverse axle can be driven by rodless cylinder or inverter motor, AC servo motor is optional. Vertical and Crosswise driven by pneumatic cylinder. Traverse axle and vertical arm are applied with advanced high rigidity linear slide rail, and light high rigidity alloy aluminum extrusion beam for Crosswise and Vertical axles. Integrating with linear guide and high rigidity bearing steel rod, it works with high speed, high efficiency, low vibration, and long use life.
  • Telescopic Type
    • Using high rigidity linear slide rail and alloy aluminum structure beam with special double-speed belt, substantially shortened the robot vertical height, and the full stroke can be achieved by half stroke of the cylinder. Thus it increased speed and stability of vertical axle. Furthermore, it can be applicable to low workshop.
  • Air Pressure Inspection
    • Automatically detecting air pressure. It will alarm and display while pressure is not enough, and twitch anti-drop cylinder automatically to prevent the arm from dropping.
  • End of arm Tooling (E-O-A-T)
    • Reserved pipeline and detecting signal, a vacuum circuit and a grip circuit, can be used for vacuum/grip tooling for different products with various actions. Swivel structure can take out products cooperated with mould and fixed mould, fixed swivel angle: 90 degrees.
  • Feature:
    • Integration of control box and the machine body saves spaces.
    • Palm controller applies user-friendly dialogue type operation interface with interchangeable English and other language menus.
    • Built in programs enable easy operation in the molding change. L/U model take-out function can be integrates with placing methods, swiveling choosing, ejector setting and defects alarming, etc.
    • Automatically inspect failures, display them on the screen and recorded automatically.
    • Twenty groups of moulding memorizing function.
    • Take out in the direction of the movement or fixed platen mold and integrates with different swivel methods.
    • Different placing product or sprue (traverse-out; traverse-in, and simultaneously at the end of traverse ) are available.
    • Timer and counter can be set or changed under automatic state ,saving time in the machine regulation.
    • Grouped PC board design facilitates changing and maintenance.
    • Pay special attention to safe connection of the machine, all the input and the output signals of the machine apply dry contact signals to avoid interference.
    • Standard interface to connect the vertical transporter or the conveyer.
    • CE models are available, complying with EUROMAP/SPI standard and attached with standard connectors.
    • Middle plate inspections, spray silicon device, air nipper and placing inspection are available to facilitate automated application of the factory.
  • Optional Function
    • Remote control adjustment for kick stroke and position: Kick position and stroke adjustment by AC motor to remote adjustment (one arm is added two motors), saving adjustment time and increasing operational safety.
    • Remote control adjustment for vertical stroke: Vertical stroke adjustment by AC motor to remote adjustment, saving adjustment time and increasing operational safety.
    • Traverse axle numerical control: Numerical controlled traverse stroke can be used to place products in multiple points (99 points at most) to stacking products.
    • Servo motor driven traverse stroke: Traverse axle can be driven by servo motor and applies precision planetary gear head reducer, fast and accurate. With positioning precision up to ±0.1mm, it can be used to precise take-out of the products.Servo motor driven vertical axle: The vertical product arm is driven by AC servo motor, fast, time-effective and efficient. Different placing heights outside the mold can be achieved. The precision can be up to 0.2mm.
    • Spraying device: spraying number of molds and spraying time each time can be set. Spraying head can be installed on the arm or on the mold. Two devices at most can be installed.
    • Middle mold inspection: Position of the middle mold platen should be checked after mold opened end position, then runner arm can down to take-out a sprue. Avoid runner arm to hit middle-platen.
    • Photoelectric inspection on finished products: The sensor can be installed at conveyor. Place finished products on the conveyor to avoid hitting among products.
    • Air Nipper: It can be installed on the arm or on the end of beam to snip sprue.
    • CE connectors: Connection with injection machine can be realized via EUROMAP 12 connectors.
    • Slow descending outside placing: avoid bruising to the operators.
    • Remarks: Only one function can be chosen among traverse axle numerical control, traverse axle servo motor driving and vertical axle servo motor driving.
